What is ePrivateGolf ?

ePrivateGolf is a private online community of golfers. We offer to our members the best golf experience at exclusive prices which are not available to the general public. With ePrivateGolf you can easily book your next round of golf online and have immediate confirmation for the tee time availability and price.


How much does membership cost?

Why do I have to be a member to access ePrivateGolf deals?

Our members-only policy allows us to offer you exclusive prices not available to the general public.


Where is your service available?

We currently offer exclusive sales for golf tee times in Singapore, Phuket, several regions in Indonesia and will keep expanding internationally in the future.


Can I become a member and book if I live outside Asia?

Absolutely. Visitors are encouraged to apply. We accept international credit cards.


How can I invite a friend to become a member?

Inviting friends is really fast and easy. Click on the Invite Friends button at the top right corner of page and enter their email addresses. You can personalize the message and add a quick note explaining the benefits of joining us.


How and when will I receive my credits for inviting a friend?

We will credit your account when your friend acts on your invitation and makes their first purchase on ePrivateGolf.


Is there a limit to the amount of credit I can have?

No. The sky is the limit! So invite every golfer you know and earn tons of credits!


How are my credits used?

Your credits are automatically deducted from the price of your next purchase. In essence your credits are an additional discount, so enjoy!


Do invitation credits expire?

Credits earned by inviting friends will expire after six months.


What is a Sales Event?

Our special offers are valid for a limited period of time only. A Sales Event is the sale of a specific golf course tee times for the validity period of the sale.


What happens when the Sales Event expires?

The remaining duration of the Sales Event is indicated by a time counter. When the Sales Event expires the deals are no longer available. Besides, do not wait for the end of the Sales Event to confirm your purchase as the supply is limited and may be sold off before the end of the Sales Event!


If the golf course is no longer on your site, can I still book it through ePrivateGolf?

Once a live Sales Event is over, we immediately return all available tee times to the golf course. However, many of our partner golf courses will be featured more than once, so be sure to check your emails.


Can I book the same rates directly with the golf course if I mention ePrivateGolf?

The only place where you can get the exclusive rates offered by ePrivateGolf is on ePrivateGolf, so make your bookings with us during our live sales events!

How can I reset my password?

If you have forgotten your password, just click on the “Forgot password” link (above the SIGN IN button). We will email you a new one.


How can I update my account information?

You can access your personal information by clicking on the Account Setting link in the top section of ePrivateGolf homepage.


Is my personal information given to third parties?

No. For more details please read our Privacy Policy.


How far in advance can I make a reservation?

It depends on the golf course and Sales Event, but generally one to two weeks in advance. This period of time is defined for each Sales Event and is a condition for us to be able to offer exclusive rates to our members.


My favorite golf course is not featured on ePrivateGolf. Can I make suggestions?

Of course! We are striving to offer a variety of golf experiences for the benefits of our members. We welcome feedback and suggestions and take them very seriously. Please do tell us if you would like to recommend golf courses and we will review the possibility for future sales events.


Can I cancel or modify a reservation after booking?

Golf courses have stringent cancellation policies in general, and to be able to provide exclusive prices on ePrivateGolf we have a strict no-cancellation and no-modification policy. The tee times purchased are prepaid at the time of booking and non refundable.


What if one of my playing party friends cancels?

If one of your friends cancels we advise you to try to fill up the empty slot with another player immediately, as no refund is possible. We will try to accommodate a change of player within the same flight, subject to a sufficient notification period and approval from the golf course. In this situation you need to email us as soon as possible at: support@eprivategolf.com


What if it rains on the day I am scheduled to play?

You are still required to register at the golf course at the designated tee time as it’s difficult to predict for how long inclement weather could disrupt play. The rain policy of the golf course you booked shall prevail and you are kindly required to liaise directly with the golf course on site in this situation.


How do I search for tee times?

For a particular Sales Event you first need to select the date for your round of golf by clicking on the calendar. After clicking on BOOK NOW you will be directed to the booking page, where available tee times for your chosen date will be displayed after you confirm the number of players for your booking.


What information is needed to book a tee time?

To complete your reservation you need to enter the name, handicap, handicap issuing club, mobile number and email address.


What if I want to book several tee times on different dates?

In that case you just need to complete separate reservations, one for each day of play.


How many tee times can I book?

You can book as many tee times as available on the booking page. Should you need more tee times or different ones, please contact us directly on support@eprivategolf.com


Judging from how ePrivateGolf looks now, did anything change within?

No, we are still the good old ePrivateGolf whose sole purpose is to enable our members to get the best deals on their tee times. Furthermore, those best deals are now not only available in Singapore and Indonesia, but also Phuket!


How can I make a payment?

We accept most major credit cards. Just enter your credit card details on the payment page after completing your booking. Kindly note that all reservations are prepaid in full and are non refundable.


I don’t have a PayPal account, is it a problem?

No, you do NOT need to have a PayPal account to complete your transaction with us, as we accept most major credit cards.


How do I know that my booking is confirmed?

After completing your booking and payment you will receive an email confirming your reservation details and including a unique booking number to identify your reservation. It is best to print out your confirmation page. If you have forgotten your confirmation number or lost your print-out page you can still view your reservation history in the Account Setting section of ePrivateGolf.


What do I need to bring with me in order to register with the golf course?

Please bring your handicap card and a valid photo ID. We also recommend you to print your booking confirmation and bring it with you for a faster registration at the golf club. Don’t forget your golf gear too!
